Device Limit Reached

Trying to watch Sky Sports but says ‘Device Limit Reached’.

Checked Manage My Devices but no devices registered??

Thanks for your post. I'm sorry to hear you're struggling to watch Sky Sports.

Are you watching through the app or via the web version? If you're using the web version, can you please try signing in via the app to see if you get the same error?

If you use the TV Go app, can you please also check if you're getting the same error from there?

Go here using a private browsing session and make sure it stays as 'http' not 'https'
