I am very sorry to hear that you've faced some issues with your device limit on Virgin TV Go. To manage your devices for the service, sign in and head here to make the changes you need. You can also find further instructions on how to do this here.
You can only make a three changes per month on your registered devices, and will then need to wait until the following month to make any additional changes. If you still need help, please let us know and we can go from there.
