I am trying to delete a device from my virgin go account, I have 5 registered and would like to remove one rather than replace it. as it has been registered twice due to a system reboot.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your TV go devices.
We would only be able to reset your devices from here, so that you would have to re-register all of your devices, would you like me to do this for you?
Thanks for getting back to me. Please do go ahead and delete all the registered devices as this will take care of the double registration of my own laptop. I can then re-register those devices which will require access.
