Delete all devices from Virgin TV Go

I'm unable to register my new phone on the app due to reaching the device limits and not being able to replace another device that has been reported by others, I didn't want to reply on someone else's thread but please could you reset all my registered devices so I can use the app again?

I managed to get through to Customer Services get my devices reset, so I don’t need any further assistance.
