I'm having the same problem managing devices. I can't remove my old phone (having tried several times over the course of a couple of weeks). I get a "Sorry - we can't register your device at the moment" and "Hmm .. We can't register your device. Please try again in a few moments."

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue you're having. Just to confirm are you referring to the Tv Go app?

How many devices do you have the Tv Go App on?

 

Also have you access the this via the web browser version? If yes, how many different ones have you accessed it on?

Okay, what I will do is private message you so I can reset the devices on the Tv Go app.
