I have 5 devices registered but when I try to watch Sky Sport on my mobile I get device limit exceeded, How do I deregister some devices?

Sounds like the SW on your mobile device may have changed, and it's now seen as a "new" device
You need to login to the Sky Device management page at http://manage-virgintvgo.virginmedia.com/skydevices and replace whichever device you recognise as your mobile.
