Confused Device Registration - Windows 10 App

Hi,

TV Go Device Registration is somewhat confused at the moment. The current device and one of the existing registered devices are the same, but the app thinks they are not, refuses to play any video stream and refuses to let me make any changes - and no, I have not made any changes myself in the last or several months and the PC has had no changes either.

How can I get this sorted so that I can stream videos on this device?
