Cant watch programs

Hi I haven't been able to watch virginmedia TV app on my computer for over 2 weeks now. I have reinstalled,  connect my settings, I have even reset my computer and still nothing.

It says I am logged in and as soon as I picked a program its says sorry we are experiencing technical programs. I have tried the app on my phone and it works fine.

I had previously had the app on this computer but since registering it as a new device it hasn't worked.

Can you please help

You can then register the device again and hopefully this will resolve the issue 🙂
