Sky cinema app just stalls and wont accept virgin log in . Cant found anyway to see if device registered or not on virgin media app . So frustrated with it

Hopefully you've managed to get this resolved since your post, if not can you confirm the following please:-
When you go to log in have you selected the option to sign in with Virgin?
Are you able to access the app on a difference device?
If you haven't already please can you uninstall and reinstall the app/
Thanks for your reply . I am signing in the virgin bit of sky and I have unistalled and re installed . I will try another device .
