Unable to sign into the Go app on either my phone or tablet...have tried to change password but that hasn't worked.
Please advise what I need to do, as this is so infuriating.
Are you using your primary login detail to get into TV go?
Are you getting any error messages when you try to login? Are you trying to login using the app or browser version of TV go?
Using primary login and trying to access via the app on both phone and tablet- unistalled and reinstalled the app on both, changed password also.
Is the site down?
The Tv go site is open, I have been using this today myself and had no issues.
