Hi I upgraded my package to include TV and been trying to log into the TV go app. I see many people have issues with this app.
My issue is that it says sorry we can't log you in right now try again which I've tried several times on my laptop, Samsung s9, ipad and still no joy. I can log in fine on my main virgin account which has the same log in as the TV go app.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, emptied cache and cookies etc and still no joy. Was hoping use this app for the kids and don't agree with paying for something I cant even use.
Hi flimsymimsy, we do not charge for the TVGO service and this is an added extra. I am sorry to hear that you have been unable to access this, Can you confirm if this is happening on more than one device? Does changing the password help at all? Chris
