So been a customer for 2 months now and can't log into Virgin tv go on any device. Seems like it's a problem as many posts on this.
I get told to log in with my main account but this is my only account. Can log into main virgin site.
Any idea when this will be sorted? Bit crap paying for a service I can't use.
Tried on Android, IPhone and Mac. Deleted the app and tried again.
Can anyone help?

What is it that happens when you log in? Do you get an error message?
Are you using the same details as your online account?

I get an error saying sign in with main account, not sub account.
Using the exact same details as I use to log into the main virgin site.
Any ideas ?

If this is using the app on a device, can you delete and re-add the app please, also make sure the software of said device is up to date.
If this is via a laptop/computer, can you clear cache/cookies and try again for me?

Have already done all of that, but just did it again both on my phone (deleted app and re-installed) and on my laptop.
Get the same error.
On the laptop I can see it say log in success before it then says
