Cant log in Sky Sport App with Virgin log in details.

i can log in to My Virgin Media on my lap top with my email address but i cant log in on my mobile as it says please use valid email? i also cant watch live sports on Sky Sports app as it asks you to log in via Virgin Media and it also doesn't recognise my email? Very annoying considering i'm inputting the same email address. Solution please?

I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with the login. Can you confirm if you are logging in with the primary email and if changing the password helps at all?
