Cannot watch Virgin Go on 3G/4G

Hi

I can watch virgin on Wi-Fi, but as soon as I switch to mobile data it says that I need to enable location services. When I go to settings it says that location services are enabled whilst using the Virgin go app. However, this does not seem to register on the app and it is not letting me watch Virgin go. It just tells me that I need to enable location services.

What device are you trying to watch on?

Does it make any difference if you turn location services off, and then enable it when prompted?

Yes! That worked. So I turned off location services then went to the app. Turned it back on when prompted and now it is working.
