Hi,
I have recently changed my email on my virgin media main account but now I cannot sign into my GO app and it states "sub-accounts cannot sign in".
I can still currently login to my main virgin media account on the web but the mobile GO app throws this error.
Can you help?

I have figured out that my when I changed my email address on the vm website (and it states my new email address) it actually never changed my primary email address, so after some changing of passwords, etc. I can now still login with my old primary email address into the vm website (and see my bills etc.), also I can sign into my GO app plus I can sign into my email 👍
Note to self : do not change your email address
