Virgin go app not working. Cannot sign in as not yet available. It has been two months now.

I'm sorry to hear of the issues that you're having with TV go and for the late reply to your post.
Have you been able to get this issue resolved since you last posted?
Which device are you using to access the app?
Are you using your primary login details to access the app?
I still can't sign in to the app. I can get into the sky go with virgin credentials. The app keeps saying its not available right now.Cannot even sign in.
I am using an iPhone 8 and other devices.I use my usual sign in details.They worked before until the app was updated.
