I Have been unable to sign in to Virgin TV go for quite a long time. None of my devices can connect. I have Uninstalled \ reinstalled the App on my Andriod Phone and Windows 10 PC to no avail.
I have the same message appearing on both devices. Oops. That hasn't worked Sorry we can't sign you in right now. Please try again in a few minutes. I try try and try again endlessly on both devices and nothing changes. Same message as above.
