I select the channel to watch, then I select the virgin user, it then goes straight to the final page without asking me for my email / password.
It then launches the desktop player and I get the message "you will need the relevant subscription to watch this programme.
It was fine last night when I last used it
I have restarted the laptop twice but still wont give me the option to complete my sign in details
