Hi,
I cannot log into virgin go app on my mobile phone and my laptop (from the web browser). They all told me "Username or password incorrect. Please retry and click the box below to prove you are not a robot.". But I am sure about the username and password IS correct. I actually have reset the password a few times.
That is very frustrating. I already experienced issues like labelling an incomplete postal code that caused a whole day wasted on calling Virgin media and Yodel to solve the silly mistake. Also issues like I could not register the online account with my gmail. Have to go with another email account. All I want is just to pay my money and enjoy some services. I didn't expect it is so difficult.
