I’m having the same problem as others where I cannot download content on the TVGo app. It is either unavailable or download is failing. I haven’t found an answer on here yet.
App is all up to date, have uninstalled/reinstalled and have no problems with Wi-Fi. My partners app works fine. It’s super frustrating as am going away and want some stuff to watch.
Any advice greatly appreciated

Sorry to hear you are facing issues downloading Via TV Go, what content are you downloading and what device are you using, which TV Box do you have?

Hi Paul,
I’ve tried a number of different shows like S.W.A.T. and The Blacklist, plus tried different movies that are available for download.
I have an iPad Pro 12.9 and latest Virgin 360 box…have only been with Virgin less than 6 months.

Following as I can't download programmes to my Samsung Tab S8 that I have recorded to my tv360 box, intact I don't even see an option to download.

*Make and model of the device they are using
*What OS is being used on the device
*Name of the show and channel they are trying to download

Nothing shows up as available to download, no TV shows, nothing.
