Cannot access TV Go (online or app)

Hi

I cannot access TV Go online or via the app.

After signing-in I get an error message that says "Opps that hasn't worked! Please sign in with your main user account. Sub-accounts cannot sign in." I don't think this is a username/password issue as I am able to access my online account OK.

I'm confused as I am a new customer from last week and have not set up any sub-accounts.

Sorry to hear that you have been having issues with the TV GO, can you confirm if then you log in to your account if you are being advised you have logged in with a sub-account? Also check to see if you have the option to create sub-account from your online account, under Profiles and Manage Accounts.
