I have not been able to watch Live TV through the Sky Sports App. The app says Device Limit reached contact your provider. The Virgin Sky Go app was not allowing me to manage devices so on calling Virgin customer services they removed all registered devices and asked me to re install the app and add my device. I did this but still sky sports app says reached device limit. I contacted Sky as they have a help email. They came back to me and say Virgin ask that any customers having issues with Sky Apps need to go through Virgin to solve the problem. Can any one help? Very frustrating.
