I am a brand new VM customer, my fibre connection and TV services are great, but I cannot log in to the TVGO either on my phone or using a web browser here:-
I have verified that the username/password combination is correct, the same login details log me in to my main VM account, but I just keep getting the message :-
"Oops that hasn't workedPlease sign in with your main user account. Sub-accounts cannot sign in."
I don't have any other accounts to log in with!
I tried registering additional accounts, via my profile but that doesn't even work
I noticed that other people reported this previously but having looked through the threads, there is zero detail about how to resolve this.
This is driving me crazy, please can anyone help?

Hi no, I cannot login via my desktop PC or my Iphone, same error message. I am a new customer, I only have my main VM login details, which do not work.
