Can’t watch Sky Sports

Why can’t I view Sky Sports on my iPad via the TV GO app when it’s part of my package ?

Hi @Johnrigby4 

You need to download the Sky Sports app to watch Sky Sports, not the TVGO app.

You also need to sign in via the VM TV UK icon.
