Hi, I cannot sign into my tv go app as it saying ‘oops that hasn’t worked, please sign in with your main user account. Sub accounts can’t sign in using this service’
I am signing in with my primary account that works with my virgin media app but it will not work on the tv go app.
I’ve rang the call centre numerous times and nobody seems to have an answer as to why it thinks my main account is a sub account. They have referred me to the people who produce the app for virgin media but they said they would get it fixed within two weeks and it hasn’t been fixed and nobody has got back to me and when I ring the call centre again they start going through the process all over again as if it’s the first time reporting this issue.
This is becoming very frustrating now as I’ve not been able to access this app at all since having virgin media and I use to use my sky go tv app all the time before switching to virgin media.
Has anybody had the same issue and does anybody know the fix?
I have the exact same issue. I keep getting the error about a sub account. I also cant sign into the broadband app. If it cant be fixed then I am going back to sky. This is one of the services we really wanted.
