I've not been able to log into my Virgin TV Go App (across any devices Ipad, Iphone, Laptop) since I moved addressed last June
This has been very inconvenient can someone please help? Having read previous posts does VM need to activate my new address or account?
The message i get on iphone is "Sign-in failed" even though i use same credentials as when i successfully log into my account online
On my laptop i get "Sign in not possible right now"
