Can't login to Virgin Media Go app

It says I need to login, I use exactly the same details as to get on MyVirginMedia yet it says Username or Password incorrect, when they are correct for MyVirginMedia.

Thank you for reaching back out, have you tried changing the password on your Online Account and then trying again to get into the App?

Yes I have, changed password logged back in correctly to MyVirginMedia, then tried the app and it failed, then went back to MyVirginMedia and got in ok.

Have you tried deleting the app and trying again, also try deleting all browser Cache and Cookies?

Yes, same on my iPad

Have you been able to log into the App previously, are you new to Virgin Media or moved recently?

I rejoined last weekend.

Have you set up a new Online Account with your new account number, it can also take a little while once joining us for the App to recognise the account.
