Can’t log in to Virgin Tv Go app

I’ve been struggling with this a long time

when I try to log into the app it says it’s a secondary account….. still !!

I’ve changed my main account log in email, reset the password,  done everything advised. Yet I still can’t log in to watch th through the app. 
Really hoping I can get this finally sorted !!
