Can’t log in to Virgin TV Go app

I am unable to log into my account.  It keeps saying I need to log in with my main account which it does not recognise?   Help please?

Hi SDWhitby, thanks for your post - apologies for the delay getting back to you.

 

Apologies for this error as well. This issue seems to be quite a common one at the moment, I understand the mods are collating examples. I've also raised a few IT tickets on behalf of some impacted customers that are still ongoing.

Hi SDWhitby. Just a quick update to let you know that we've now had confirmation that a wider issue has been acknowledged and a ticket has been raised so hopefully the relevant teams will have this resolved soon. Apologies for the delay.

It should be sorted now. 10 days of mucking around saying it’s not our fault, then oh yes it is and fixed in 6 hours.
