Can’t log in to TV CONTROL App

Any suggestions how to log on to TV Control app. It had been working fine on my iPhone and Samsung tablet, yesterday it asked me to log in and I then get an error message. Have checked the hub, turned everything Off and on again and reset password. Still no luck.

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing issues with the TV Control app. So we can continue assisting you, can you please provide us with the error message, or a screenshot of the message?

Is the issue also on one device, or multiple?

The first screenshot is from my iPhone, the one below is from my Samsung tablet. I have deleted and reinstalled the app numerous times, changed passwords, disconnected and reconnected everything but nothing helps.

What TV box do you have with us and are the devices connected to the same WiFi?
Are all your devices and apps up to date with the latest software?

We have. TiVo box, all connected to our only Wi-Fi and I have checked and there are no updates outstanding.

Thanks for coming back to us Polllya, are you able to login to other applications such as My Virgin Media or the TV go app?
