Had A 360 box for 2 weeks but TV Go recordings a problem.
Initially the app didn’t”t work so deleted and reinstalled. Live TV OK but all recordings were requesting a PIN. Typed in PIN but then entered a loop where “playback loading” message appeared followed by another request for the PIN. This loop continued without ever playing the programme.
SomI decided to delete and reinstall the app but I now get a message saying that I can only play recorded programmes on my “home network” and to check that I am on the same SSID as my Virgin box.
Can anyone please help me to understand why I had the initial PIN problem and how to resolve the network issue (I have no idea what SSID means!).
