When I have tried to watch TV channels on both the virgin tv go app and the TV control app tonight I'm getting the following message for every station on both apps -
"Sorry - this isn't available, sorry, this programme is not available in this region"...
I have logged out and signed back in to both apps hoping this would solve the issue but it hasn't. On my tablet I have then switched off the WiFi and switched it back on again and the problem still persists. I have then switched off and switched back on the location button on the tablet to see if that resolves the issue but it hasn't. Can you advise how to fix this issue as both apps were working fine earlier today with no issue.
