Can't Update Devices

Hi guys,

I've got a new laptop and want to switch my Virgin TV Go access to this device. However when I try to use it, it says "sorry - we can't play this at the moment", which I assume is because I have not given the device permission yet.

However, I can't find a way to change it under Device Management? How am I able to change the Devices managed? There is no date listed on "can be replaced in", so I assume I am able to able to replace it at the moment?

Hey atkinvtv,

 

Have you been able to resolve this issue with your Virgin TV go?

The first time that you use TV go on a new device you should be prompted to register and name your device.
