Can't Sign In

My wife has a secondary account but when she tries to sign in using the main account to add her device it will not let her.

Which effectively means we can only have one device not five?

Re: Can't Sign In

Secondary accounts aren't supported for TV Go.

You have to sign into the app using the primary account on each device you want to use TV Go with. You can't add a new device from an existing device.

This setup doesn't expose any password details as once you've signed in, no user can see any details of the primary account or change and parental control settings without having the primary user sign in again.

Once you've signed in the app will remember the details so you don't have to sign in every time to open the app. Periodic sign in is required to ensure that it's still an authorised account and device.

How frequently?   if the device become unauthorised over time, shouldn’t it be removed?

That's not what I mean. It ensures that someone can't indefinitely use a device without contact with the account holder.

Yes that's what she's trying to do. Sign in from her own PC, not mine

But you stated it is required. Wouldn’t that also apply to an account holder?
