Gone onto the TV Go App and tried to watch a program, but get a message that I need to replace a device as I'm at the max. So, go to one of the devices and select replace and save changes. Try to watch program again and get the message that I need to replace a device. Same as before... can't seem to register a new device.
Done this through the App and the web page as well, same results. Also tried clearing my cache and going through the setting/devices page but get no option to swap or delete devices.
Hi Gareth - So, I went in and tried to register the new laptop. It showed 0/5 devices registered. I clicked to register this device, and then got this screen that now shows 1/5 devices registered but still says I need to register this device... not sure what's going on.
