Can't Download Episodes on Android 7.1.2 Tablet or Windows 10 web browser on Microsoft surface Pro to watch offline. But can download on Huawei p30 Pro Phone running Android 10, what am i doing wrong? Is it not supported on windows or older Android builds?

Can we ask if you get any error codes when trying to download? Have you been able to download previously using this tablet?
