Can not login

Have signed up for Virgin TV GO: and never been able to log in, On TIVO Box, laptop or App on Phon


When i try main account which ends  @Ntlworld.com  it tells me "Please sign in with your main account, Sub accounts cant be  used

if use any of the sub accounts whcih end @virginmedia it tells me the same

Has anyone got Virgin TV GO to work with a main user ID ending in   @ntlworld.com
