Bt sport not available

Hello, 

I have just installed the virgin go app on my ipad and tried to watch bt sports on it and it just keeps saying, not available this programme is not available in this region, im in London and dont have a vpn connected so don't understand why it isn't working, any help with fixing this would be greatly appreciated.

BT Sport 1, 2, 3 & ESPN are all available via TV-Go, but it's entirely possible there could be issues with specific programmes.

I've just tried all 4 channels from my Android devices and they played fine.
