Box sets not working on App but available on V6 box.

Hello,

 

Could someone possibly help me please. I am trying to watch a Boxset on the App and it doesn’t work.. says I need to subscribe to the channel.

 

But I AM able to watch said Boxset on the V6 box. 

Is there an issue with someone at the moment?

I presume you are logged in to the app with your username etc?

 

If so, log out, delete and reinstall the app, log in, and try again. This seems to solve the problem in 90% of the cases.

I have just tried to do that on both devices and this still hasn’t worked.

Is there anything else that can be done?

Sorry to see you've been having an issue with an application on your V6 boxes.

 

Can you please advise me which application you've been having issues with as well as what box set you've been attempting to watch?

 

Can you also tell me if you've been able to log into the app and watch the show on a different device?

Hello there David_Bn

Its not trouble with the V6 box itself, it’s with the app.. 

 

I am currently able to watch lifetime on the tv. But when I want to watch it on the Tv Go app, it’s saying I need to upgrade my package.

Now I am currently on the Mixit Package and it says I am entitled to watch all channels I have on the tv, on the app.

 

is there something that I am missing out?

Thanks for coming back to me. seem to have misread the title of your post.

 

I have just tried the application on my handset and have been able to watch the content.

 

Can you please advise me what kind of handset you're using, the operating system and the version.

 

Can you also advise me of the app version as well as if your handset is asking for any updates on the software of the operating system and application?

 

I'd also be intrigued to know if you've been able to view this content on any other device?

Thank you for getting back to me.

I am using it on an IPhone 8plus and an IPad Pro 11. I log into the app, type the program I want to watch and it says to upgrade.

Everything is up to date and I’ve not had anything asking to update.

I am not able to view anything on any other device.

Hi Ljane3001,

Thanks for getting back to us I have the same model of phone and I am unable to replicate the issue. Which makes me believe it is a package issue. Are you able to watch on a laptop or anything other than an Apple device?

I am able to watch some tv shows/box sets on the iPad/phone but others do not work at all 😞
