I have the same problem. The same device is listed many times. I couldn't watch sky sports the other evening because of this.
I delete cookies on my windows 10 laptop, so presumably that's why this happens.
Why doesn't Virgin Media use the machine's Mac address (or maybe some other physical identification of the machine)?

Just to update the thread, the TV Go devices have been reset
Is there not a more permanent solution? It looks like the system needs its cookie to be there. For those of us who clear down their cookies, the problem will come again.
