I have had an issue which I see others have suffered namely a device registering more than once and still not recognised.
My problem I thought was rectified when Virgin cleared all devices and able to start again.
Ipad registered and works but laptop registers and is not recognised, I use Microsoft Edge.
Any help appreciated.

TV Go on a web browser has always been the same with this issue
Each time you open a page its gets registered as device but will not show a name
We would always advise to use the App to get the best experience
