Thanks for that, but when I go into virgintvgo and select a programme it asks me to register a device and nothing happens. I look into device management and 2 devices are now registered but I am only doing it from my home PC. What am I doing wrong?
I am on a PC which is running windows 10. I have tried to install vm TVGO and try there but all that happens when I try to watch is it asks for me to register a device. I have now done that with my Iphone and Ipad air but the pc refuses .
Can you please just confirm whether you are trying to use the web version of TV GO on your PC? We did have an APP version for Windows 10 however this was recently discontinued so this may be where things are going wrong.
