BT sport

When I select the tv guide to watch BT Sports and select the channel I get the message that I have too many devices connected and to wait until 01022021. I have only 2 devices.

When I go to 'Device Management' it shows all 5 times as my home computer and that's it until the end of the month.

Anyone know how to clear this so I can watch TV on my PC?

Re: BT sport

Good morning @warkgl

Thank you for taking the time to post.

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your TVGO.

I can re-set the device limit should you wish?

Kind regards,

Zak_M

Re: BT sport

Hi Zac-M

Thanks for that, but when I go into virgintvgo and select a programme it asks me to register a device and nothing happens. I look into device management and 2 devices are now registered but I am only doing it from my home PC. What am I doing wrong?

Re: BT sport

Hi Zac-M

I am on a PC which is running windows 10. I have tried to install vm TVGO and try there but all that happens when I try to watch is it asks for me to register a device. I have now done that with my Iphone and Ipad air but the pc refuses .

Re: BT sport

 warkgl,

Can you please just confirm whether you are trying to use the web version of TV GO on your PC? We did have an APP version for Windows 10 however this was recently discontinued so this may be where things are going wrong.

Let me know 🙂

Thanks,

Beth

Re: BT sport

Hi Zac-M

The the windows10 I am on is one I downloaded  from internet. It is windows 10 home  version 1909 and os18363.1316. I am not using the app as it will not let me download it.

I have windows 7 on my computer but when I go to some programmes it switches into windows 10.

It used to work fine from the VM tv guide before windows 10 was downloaded
