When trying to watch the rugby on BT sport I keep getting a message on my screen saying I can't watch it on my device due to restriction rights. The match before it was fine but I can watch the match that's on now. I tried ringing and after being on hold the person at the tech support team just hung up on me. Can anyone help.
I'm having the same, I've raised a call with Virgin Media, they've raised a ticket with IT and it's a 5 day response from IT, not impressed as I want to watch the match live. I've give them some feedback as there is no option when you call them or via chat to report a problem with Virgin TV Go app or watching through their website.
