BT Sport 1 not working

BT Sport 1 doesn’t work on TV Go app either on mobile or laptop. Basic troubleshooting completed to no avail. 
All other channels, including BT Sport channels work absolutely fine. 
BT Sport 1 will not work when watching live. But when watching from the start it does. 
I have been referred here by Twitter support. Any help?

I've just tested BT Sport 1 on my mobile using TVGO and had no problems, it worked straight away.

Is the channel actually working at present on your VM set top box? If not it may be a local issue.

Have you tried rebooting your device, or going into the device settings and clearing the TVGO storage/cache?

The channel works fine on both TV boxes. It is just the TV Go app.

I see from your screenshot that you wanted to watch Monday Night Raw at the time. I can see the catchup icon on the screenshot

I've just tested that by clicking on Live TV > Catch Up >  I selected BT Sport and was then able to choose and watch Raw. I hope it works for you .

I'm afraid I'm not sure why the actual live channel isn't working for you though.

Thanks again Dave. All functions surround BT Sport 1 appear to work. It is just the live function 🤷🏻‍♂️
