I cannot use my online as saying maximum devices reached, but I have 5 and all are saying that. (Not changed anything).
Held on phone for hour and ten minutes to be hung up on and tweeted, but no reply.
Want to watch football online on phone.
Please can someone assist?

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your services, are you able to confirm if this has been resolved since your post? If not we are able to look further into this for you.
Waited until 1Dec ticked round.
Same issues in that you add a new device and after a few minutes it defaults and asks you to add or change, even when already registered.
Seems ok on Virgin TV go (on phone device), but not when using a browser?

I see, that is a little strange. Are you using the same browser every time if so could you let me know the name (chrome etc) of the browser you are using?
