Virgin TV Go bug?
This is about the third time this month I’ve been told to replace a device and I only watch it on ONE… my Laptop???
I’m not using a browser… using the Windows 10 App. The broadband was down for quite some time due to some virgin works and I now have a ‘new’ IP address.. don't know if that is related?
Maybe it's related to clearing cookies/cleaning registry orsomething similar (I use Ccleaner, Malwarebytes and Norton 360 to keep my laptop running fast and free from Viruses/Malware/etc.
Any help appreciated.

With our App watching online though a browser as soon as the browser has an update. it's recognised as a new device
I'm not aware if the Windows 10 App has regular updates or not,If it does then this will be the cause
If not, then let me know and I will look at this in a bit more detail

The last 2 times it has been okay, so hopefully it was to do with updates or something...
