App not working

I keep getting " I have max number of devices" on my ap - I only have this one device [ipad pro] registered. This app is causing no end of grief. I cannot get hold of anyone at all through chat or twitter. There's no where to reset the app, and yes, I have tried deleting the app and installing it again. 

Does anyone know how i can fix this error where I cannot watch one of the services I should be able to in my package?
