Downloaded app it never opens I get a message tvgo keeps stopping, send feedback. Me and an IT guy spent 2 hours trying to resolve the problem no joy. What's wrong with the app I really need the app as I have a broken back and in bed

Can you please confirm if you have removed and reinstalled the app since downloading?
If so, can you please confirm which device you are attempting to access the app from?
