As someone is apparently collating problems with TVGO please add this - we have been getting for the last week:
"Please sign in with your main user account. Sub-accounts cannot sign in." Even 'though it is the main user account.
Mostly I don't care, but it does mean that I can't access BTSport on my mac - Sky Sports works OK, but that is a separate system.
Anyone from the support tea that picks this up - I'm not the main account holder but am posting on her behalf (it's OK she is my wife).

I can confirm that the issues with TV Go giving that error message should now be resolved.
Can you please let me know that you've been able to log in okay?
