Another One With Problems

Hi,

Please could someone reset my devices as well....I've spent hours on the phone trying to get through to someone without any success.

Up until yesterday, I thought I was the only one having this issue. Incredibly frustrating.

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community ands welcome, I am sorry to hear you are having problems with your registered devoices.

 


I have had a look at thing our end and can see you haven't spoken to us however as it is now the beginning of the month you are now able to register your devices yourself, if you haven't been able to do this or just require further assistance please let us know.
